Shipping:

Bassoon reeds are shipped throughout the United States and territories and have flat-rate fee of $6 that includes tracking. If you are local to Kansas City, we can arrange local pick-up, just select it at checkout.

We also ship reeds internationally, for a flat-rate of $20 anywhere outside of the US or its territories.

Stickers purchased without reeds are shipped via USPS letter mail with a forever stamp, which means there is NO TRACKING. Please allow 1-week for delivery once your order has been marked as shipped. Stickers purchased with reeds or blanks are shipped in the same package, but the checkout page will indicate they are separate (the only way the darn technology would allow me to set it up!). 

Returns:

Returns on stickers not accepted, but if your order was lost or it was damaged during shipping, please reach out to me within 21 days of your order being shipped at mariah@ravenreeds.com and I will issue a refund and send a replacement at no cost.

Since reeds will come in contact with human saliva, there are no returns. If the reeds are not delivered or are damaged during shipping, I will send a replacement reed free of charge. Please be ready to send photos if damage is the case within 24 hours of receiving the order to me at mariah@ravenreeds.com.
