Updated Pricing for 2024

2023 was an amazing year for our little business! We sent reeds all over the country and made a lot of bassoonists happy! Due to the rising costs of life, materials and higher demand (thanks to you all!!), prices will be going up just a skosh in the new year. You will see these updated prices January 1st:

Finished Reeds: $23 -> $25
Unfinished Blanks: $18 -> $20
4 Reed Bundle: $80 -> $90
Bulk Blanks: $162 -> $180

In full transparency, part of the increase is also because when I started my business at the end of 2022, I set prices on the lower end of the market because I was still working on my master’s and had that stigma in my head of “well I’m still a student so what I make isn’t worth as much as someone who isn’t”, which is just imposter syndrome speaking. I do what I do well, student or not, end of story. So long story short, we’re charging more of what we’re worth in 2024 ladies.
